No scrollbar on format toolbar font size list box due to scrollbar size.
Cause:
This problem occurs in Excel and Word when clicking on the drop-down arrow in the Font Size box and is caused when the scrollbar setting in Windows 95 exceeds 45.
Solution:
Open Display in Control Panel and set the Scroll Bar value on the Appearance properties sheet to 30 or less.
Do one or both of the following:
1) To select a new font size immediately:
a) Click on the drop-down arrow in the 'Font Size' box on the 'Formatting' toolbar.
b) Press the UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW keys to select a font size.
c) Press ENTER to accept the font size.
2) Reduce the default size of the scrollbar in Windows 95:
a) Click 'Start' todisplay the Windows 'Start' menu.

c) Open 'Display'.
d) Click the 'Appearance' tab.
e) Select 'Scrollbar' from the 'Item' drop-down list box.
f) Type a value LESS THAN 30 in the 'Size' box.
g) Click 'Apply'.
h) Click 'OK'.
